Bring your donations to the church. They can be dropped off in the small wire grocery cart inside the main entrance to the church or in the cart in Hatlee Hall by the doors to exit to our courtyard.

Basic Non-Perishables Needed:
Canned Tomato Products (e.g. whole, diced, sauce, paste etc.)
Canned Chicken
Canned Fruit
Salad Dressing
Condiments (mayo, ketchup, mustard etc.)
Meals In a Can  (e.g. Canned Ravioli, SpaghettiOs, Corned Beef Hash, Beef    Stew etc.)
Pasta Sides (Hamburger Helper, Knorr Pasta Sides etc.)
Paper Towels

A Thank You Letter from the Food Pantry

Dear Churches of Clifton Park, Burnt Hills, and Round Lake,

The Shenendehowa Helping Hands Food Pantry would like to thank each of you for the
generous food donations that you make to us each week. We are continually touched by your
dedication to supporting families in need and are always overwhelmed by your congregations’
generosity.

Your abundant donations over the past few weeks have been truly amazing and desperately
needed. As of November, the number of households we serve has increased by over 13% since
the beginning of the year. Your generosity allows us to continue to provide a wide selection of
food to our clients, despite the increase in the number of households that we are seeing.

As you may know, we are very proud that, in contrast to typical pre-made boxes of food that
many food pantries offer, we operate like a small grocery store where our clients can choose
the foods they like and will use. We feel this model provides dignity to our clients, reduces
waste, and promotes healthier eating habits. In addition to non-perishable foods, we also
distribute a wide variety of fresh meats, dairy, produce, and breads, as well as personal hygiene
and cleaning products when available.

Your ongoing support allows us to continue to feed some of the neediest families in our
community. It is not an exaggeration to say that, without your support, we could not continue
to provide our clients with the quantity of food that they have received from us in 2025.
